A good quality figure, with nice sculpt details, smooth articulation throughout & lots of accessories. Plus the added bonus of being swappable with other popular figure lines if you're going for the no helmet look. I definitely feel like Collegiate Legends isn't one to sleep on.
I've been collecting several years now & imo these are perfect sports collector items for actual fans & really good quality action figures for collectors & customizers like myself. They're just as good as any Hasbro Marvel Legends I've purchased, but without the worry of gummy plastic or a plethora of weird QC issues Hasbro seems plagued with lately.
My only small gripe would be be the subtle paint rub I've noticed over time. Been taking lots of pics with the figure, so I've been handling it a lot & could just be isolated to my specific figure.
But this figure is brand new out of box & paint shouldn't rub away so easily, so soon if properly layered on & sealed right. Luckily the visual appeal is still there because it's not uncommon for jersey's to fade & become altered in appearance throughout games.
So, other than that small hang up about the paint, it's an excellent figure & a very fun add on to my figure collection. I’ve had a blast taking & altering pictures & making videos with this figure & I'd highly recommend Collegiate Legends to both sports & action figure fans.
